I’m sorry but ALL of our team you need a warning post by Monday the  1st of February PST (Clock tower time) or you go down a rank remember if you go down a rank and your an author you get fired :( but do remember if you are an Cheif Editor you have to do 5+ posts a month and if you are an Editor 3+ a month or author 1+ a month.
